P/A SEA Change 4th Cohort Recruitment

The Physics and Astronomy (P/A) STEMM Equity Achievement (SEA) Change Departmental Program is recruiting for its 4th cohort! P/A SEA Change is a collaboration among 11 physics and astronomy professional societies, including the American Astronomical Society and the American Association for the Advancement of Science. 

Postsecondary education departments work through a comprehensive self-assessment regarding policies, practices, culture, climate, and outcomes. The self-assessment informs a 5-year action plan. Departments then apply for a Bronze award. If awarded, they will need to complete their 5-year plan. Visit the web page for more information on the program.

We invite physics and astronomy postsecondary education departments in the United States (US) or US territories to apply to join cohort 4. Please apply for cohort 4 by 5:00 pm ET, 1 August 2024. We plan on informing departments whether they are invited to join cohort 4 by early September 2024.
